Why can't I delete my account?

You might not be able to delete your account due to the following reasons:

1. "Find device" is turned on on one of your devices. You can turn this feature off here.
2. Your ID verification info wasn't deleted. You can delete the info in Mi Pay or call our customer support (400-100-5678).
3. There are no phone numbers or email addresses associated with your account. Before deleting your account, add a recovery phone or recovery email (any of the two will do).
