How do I create an account if another person used my current phone number for creating an account in the past?

A phone number that was used by somebody else before but is now assigned to you is a recycled phone number.

1. If the system detects that your phone number is recycled, you'll be able to create an account directly without any additional procedures.
2. If the system suspects that your phone number is recycled, but can't be sure of it, you'll be asked to confirm whether the username and profile photo of an existing account associated with the phone number are yours.
   • If they are yours, you should choose the option that allows you to sign in directly.
   • If the username and photo aren't yours, select the option that allows you to create a new account and associate it with your current phone number. This phone number will also be used as your recovery phone.
3. If the system detects that your phone number wasn't recycled, you'll be able to sign in to the existing account directly.
