What is a third-party account?

A third-party account is an existing account created in a third-party app or service (e.g. WeChat, Weibo, Google, Facebook). You can create your Xiaomi Account based on such accounts. WeChat, Weibo, QQ, Alipay, and Apple ID are among the options available to you on the Chinese mainland. In other countries and regions, you can use Google or Facebook instead.
