1. One Xiaomi Account can only have one recovery phone and one recovery email.
2. If there's already an account associated with the phone number you're trying to add, you'll be offered to switch accounts. By switching accounts, you'll deassociate your phone number with the old account. After that, you won't be able to sign in to the old account using this phone number.
